I would like to share my experience of the transition of my practice to Ekos Dental Group. Having had a private practice in Palm City since 1987, I was concerned with finding the correct dentist that would ensure the continued care of my patients in the way they were accustomed. I chose to sell the practice to Dr Sean Tomalty in 2019 and continued to work in the practice for an additional three years until my wife and I relocated to North Carolina.
During those three years, I was able to concentrate on clinical dentistry while Dr Tomalty supported me as the practice leader and took care of the practice management aspects. As the clinician, I continued to use the dental materials and supplies to which I was accustomed. The Ekos Group took care of ordering supplies, staffing, and additional day to day requirements.
In conclusion, I would recommend any dentist considering a transition to speak with Dr Tomalty, whether they are seeking to ultimately retire, or continue to practice as I did.

I could not have asked for an easier transaction as it was extremely smooth and everything that was represented was exactly how it happened. After the sale, Dr. Sean made sure to maintain an open communication with me regarding all post-closing issues (although there really weren’t any).
